If I had a dollar for all of the people out there that claim you can make a killing in a short amount of time with No Money Down real estate projects I would not have to do reviews for a living. Carlton Sheets is one of those real estate guru's that promise you a fortune if you buy their No Money Down real estate courses. I am sure that you have seen his famous TV infomercials that come on late night all the time.

He offers a $9.99 30 day trial offer on a course that will cost you around $200.00 if you keep it past the 30 days. His course specializes in teaching you how to buy your first investment property with no money down. He claims he will teach you how to be a successful real estate investor and how to make creative offers to home owners. Last but not least the course will teach you how to locate and qualify motivated sellers so you can purchase their home with a tremendous amount of equity in them.

I know that there is real opportunity to make lots of money in real estate. Lets face it the good Lord is not making anymore of it and everyone has to live somewhere. I have even done some real estate investing myself. I like to buy depressed or foreclosure properties fix them up and resell them. So I know for a fact that it takes a lot of time to locate these types of properties unless you have some good realtors working with you.

I think that Carlton Sheets course teaches a lot of the same outdated techniques that a lot of real estate investors used 10 to 20 years ago. Times have changed, unfortunately, Mr. Sheets strategies have not. His techniques are to time consuming for most people unless they are going to be full time real estate investors. Personally, I make thousands of dollars a month reviewing online business opportunities in far less time that it takes me to do a real estate deal from start to finish.

I would venture to say that Carlton Sheets has made more money selling his courses than he ever has in actual real estate deals.

I read in some of the Google Groups that there are several complaints of over billing and add on charges by Carlton Sheets No Money Down real estate program. My suggestion is do your homework before you buy.
