In Addition there are retail bonuses of 5-18%. The team marketing or recruitment part of the compensation plan works this way. If you build a group of distributors then your group can qualify for volume sales bonuses of 3-13% and leadership bonuses of 2-6%. For those that are the cream of the crop and can build a successful team of distributors there is potential to earn up to $250,000 a year from home.

Now, that sounds great but nothing in life comes easy. It will take a lot of work to get to that kind of income. It takes a certain type of personality to be successful in the direct sales/network marketing business.
