Ron LeGrand

Ron LeGrand is another real estate guru that like Carlton Sheet teaches no money down real estate buying techniques. He offers 3 different real estate books that are a pricey $600.00 a piece. If you buy all 3 you get one free, how nice of him! Ron is like a lot of the other real estate guru's that promise you that you can make tons of money in little time with their strategies. As some one that has done some dealings in real estate it TAKES TIME to find the right property, fix it up, and then sell or rent it. Sometimes a deal can take 6 months from start to finish. Is there money to be made in real estate? Hek! yes there is and lots of it. However, for someone that is trying to do it on the weekends and evenings it is even more difficult.

Personally, I think that Ron LeGrand's courses are too expensive for the quality of information you get from them. You can get practically the same information from Carlton Sheet's course for a third of the cost. I am not recommending that you buy Mr. Sheet's course, just comparing it to his competitor.

Ron's books focus on 3 different categories of real estate deals:

First - For sale buy owner.

Second - Lease options to buy

Third - Wholesale and Retail real estate transactions.

I had to ask myself, can you learn from Ron LeGrand's courses? The answer is yes, he has some useful information that has some practical uses. In my opinion you can find the same information at a cheaper price and that is the bottom line.

There is no doubt that real estate has made thousands of Americans filthy rich and will continue to do so. I believe that it is one of the best investments that you can have. The only problem is that it is extremely hard to do in the time frame Ron LeGrand lays out in his course. Maybe, Mr. LeGrand, a seasoned real estate investor can achieve that kind of response but for the beginning investor the learning curve is just too great.
